Product placement is a big thing in movies today as it is a way for companies to show off their products on celebrates and in the movies to try and make more sales by giving the products a more desirable look because they are in films. By doing this it usually gives a lot of companies bigger sales by doing this, however this is usually a very costly thing to do.
In the movie 'Back to the Future' there is quite a lot of product placement for example the Delorean as the main car, also they heavily advertise pepsi as they use that in the movies however one of the main products advertised in the movies was the Nike shoe and because of the movies have come into actually production and have become very popular.
In this James Bond movie a long with the the Aston Martins and Martinis there are a few more subtle products that are being advertised like in this picture the VAIO laptop and also the Rolex watch however that is harder to spot.
Pepsi is again advertised here in Terminator 2 as we see Arnold Schwarzenegger portraying the time travelling robot and we also see a vending machine with a large logo of Pepsi and is a good piece of product placement as it is not abused but is big enough for people to notice it.
This film is all product placement even in this poster as the Internship is based inside Google and shows us what they're about while also being a hilarious film.
